Went to a dubstep/Dnb night that got broken up. wooo. I suck at on-the spot portrait type shots with 1 flash. Yeah, I know, n00b.
I was walking back form hitting the ATM machine and see this car stop 30 ft away, hit reverse and swing next to me while im on the phone with Ducky. It’s nate and his friend on his way to some garth trinidad thing, which with a little smooth talkng turned into “lets go to bassface”.
And sticky is awesome.
I’ve been practicing as much as I can with portrait style shots, I really like shooting them. Actually, I think im more interested in the science of lighting up people. Heres a shot I took of the Breakdown guys (with some help from Mes)….
Since i’m pretty anti-social and extremely introverted these days, I called one of my favorite models to practice some shots with.
My loft looks weird.
